So, after waiting for a good 11 days, I finally received my dog tags all the way from the United States. In case you were wondering, dog tags are those tags you put on dogs for identification purpose. The dog tag that I am referring to here, however, is not that, but rather the military style ID tag. They are called dog tags simply because of their almost identical looks to the dog tags worn by the dogs.

Anyway, I got my tags custom embossed with wordings of my choice. I did one plate the US military style and the other plate with emergency contact information. You wear this on your neck with a beaded stainless steel chain. For the side silencers, you have a variety of colors to choose from. I chose black for authenticity.

These tags are originally worn by military personnels for identification purposes. Most of the time, these 2 tag plates are worn together. The chains are designed to break off easily. In case of any emergencies during war and the body could not be retrieved on the spot, one tag will be yanked off and the other will remain with the soldier.

Oh well, here is an authentic custom made military dog tag, for my use.

The online boutique scene is starting to be the hype nowadays. Even traditional location based boutiques are starting to make their presence felt online. Anyway, Nicole, a personal friend of mine, had also started venturing into the boutique trend as well.

You also have Sweet Kisses where you can buy yourself beautiful ear rings, exquisite necklaces, etc. As the owner puts it, you will find your life to be more interesting with “sweet kisses”.

You also have Like A Virgin for those of you non virgins out there who wanna feel like a virgin again which consists of all WHITE items, which will make you look “oh so innocent”, like a virgin.

If you wanna feel cute, feel free to browse the Oh-So-Cute section. Here, you will find lolita costumes, cosplays (read that as TV game fantasies :P), and anything cute.

If you so wish to set yourself a good impression on your first date, head over to the That First Date section. Apparently, this is meant to target female consumers between 15-30 years of age. Not to worry if you are older and if you wanna feel young and dating again, go ahead and browse!

Anyway, Clare and I went to J & J Cafeteria last Saturday. This is actually a Malay Cafe opened by some Chinese guy. Clare and I had the Roti Telur.

It wasn’t too bad. I like it but it would have been better if the crust was thicker and if the crust was more tasty. Then, we had the Mee Goreng…

Tell me, how can I resist posting about food? I mean, looking at it literally makes me salivate. Food in Malaysia is just sinfully delicious and unhealthy. Oh well, they say, you gotta lose some to gain some.

How else better to compliment the dish with a good glass of Teh C Peng special?

This place is literally packed during working hours so I seldom bother visiting this place. If my memory serves me right, this is probably my third time there. I frequent the coffee shop nearby more often for Laksa!
