The Trip

On The Side Note:
1) Pondering on my past gave me a sort of nostalgic feeling and at the same time giving me false hopes. I shouldn’t have, it makes me feel so helpless. C’est un sentiment difficile…
Over the weekend, I went to Camp Permai with another two of my sad f*ck friends (just kidding really). It was a pretty good trip except that it had to always rain whenever we plan a day out, which is pretty unfortunate really, because we didn’t do much. What a waste!
That night, when the election results were announced, we had no TV and didn’t even know who won until my phone rang. Woo, the news flew pretty fast. All three rockets flew that night. As I announced it to the other two, they were cheering because it was the first time in history that we witness all three rockets flying simultaneously across Kuching City South.
After dinner, we went to the Rejang Lounge at Damai Lagoon. Expecting a huge turn out as it was a Saturday night, we were pretty impressed with what we saw. The whole lounge to us three. There we were, sitting down having our Irish Cream. Boy, was I proud to have a drink costing me RM13 for one eighth a glass full. There, my balls are growing. We were watching the silent TV virtually seeing people talking but hearing music. How much cooler can that get?
After approximately one hour there, we decided to head back to our hotel. Was a fine night but a little dark though. Reaching the entrance of our hotel, we opened the door only to let 3 moths into the room, how ironic. I went for a shower and those two were anxiously catching the moths. They went, “See, see, I caught 2 and you caught 1. I win. Let’s release them and catch them again.†I was kidding again. Really, had they release the moths, I’d catch the moths and force them to sleep with the moths.
After all the moth anxiety, we settled down and sang, “I love you, you love me, we are happy family…. Bla bla bla…â€. Screw you, Barney the purple b*st*rd. You brainwashed me with your evil songs and now they’re gonna stick with me forever. Kidding again, we settled down and wad do you know? We did what we do best, SLEEP!
Even then, one of the moths started flapping its wing like mad. I can’t sleep and I finally had to throw the plastic bag outside. It should be a peaceful sleep after that. Arrhhhh… nice, cold aircond, under the sheets. Good night people. Wait, I hear something in my mind, and it sounds…. “I love you, you love me…..â€
Argghhh…. SCREW YOU, BARNEY!!!
