Where Is The Justice?

We, as consumers, pay for what we get, no? We expect no more no less, simple as that. Now, how do retarded companies treat us? They give us less than what we pay for!!! Now, where is the justice in that?

I paid for the 512/256 package and look at what I get!!!
Not only did I get less, I was disconnected so frequently for the past few months that I felt like slamming my head against the wall. I called up and they asked me to report to another phone number since it might be due to faulty phone lines.
Fine, I did just that and the stupid, good for nothing, operator took my call and couldn’t even answer a single technical question. I could understand her situation but to make things worse, she couldn’t even forward me to a qualified technician. She DIDN’T have any technician contacts!!!
What pissed me off the most was the way she spoke. Woo, she spoke with no hesitation. She sounded so rude and unfriendly that I could almost imagine myself slapping her freakin face off her neck, giving her stupid face a couple more smacks and shoving it right up her candy ass!!!
She told me some technician would attend to the issue. I told her to remind the technician to give me a call after checking the problem out. To date, I have still to receive any phone calls, if there is even ONE!!! I continue to suffer from this injustice done to me!!!
How do you rectify a complaint when NO ONE can even address my technical issues? How could you even call that a complaint centre when a pissed customer starts telling you off about your blardy product and you can’t even take it and your stupid Tom, Dick and Harry operator starts talking like as if the whole world offended her or something?!?!
StreamyX and Telekom, do me some justice will ya?!?! Give me what I paid for. That’s all I am asking for. Is that so hard?!?!
